For a fresh start to 2013, Head Chef Paul Baker, has designed a delicious new a la carte menu for your enjoyment.
Using the freshest local produce along with daily fish specials Paul has created dishes such as pan fried King Scallops served on a sweet potato pancake along with local reared meat like our duo of lamb – a roasted rack and braised shoulder rolled in bayonne ham on dauphinoise potatoes with a redcurrant jus.
